we made it!

alex hotze, kyle wetlaufer and i are chilling in chile. after two nights in two airports and a 24 hour bus ride from buenos aires, we crossed the andes and arrived in santiago on sunday afternoon. we have been staying in a nice hostel close to downtown. there is a gated yard where we can store our boats, a ping pong table, nice kitchen, and lots of nice people from all over the world. we bought a '93 peugot wagon that seats 7. the salesman threw in some nice racks for free, and as long as we can make it through the paperwork, we should be able to pick up trip, andy and carley at the bus station and be on our way to pucon in the evening. as soon as we can figure out how to upload some pictures, we'll post them.
